Sport isn’t trained only on the field. It is also built through learning, knowledge, and ongoing commitment.

At KIROL ESKOLA, we promote 10 specialized training programs each year, aimed at coaches and sports professionals who want to grow, stay up to date, and strengthen their impact in the sports environment.

KIROL ESKOLA is not just an annual program. It is a consolidated project that, in recent years, has become one of the leading references for online sports training nationwide.

A school with numbers that prove its impact

Over the last 5 years:

More than 30,000 learners have completed at least one course.

Nearly 70,000 registrations recorded.

More than 1,000,000 training videos viewed.

Access available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Average learner rating of 8.2 out of 10.

More than 60 different course intakes delivered.

These figures position KIROL ESKOLA as one of the largest and most established online sports training platforms nationwide.

“Without categorically claiming it is the number one —something difficult to measure with complete accuracy— we can say that few public sports initiatives have reached this sustained volume of learners, participation, and continuity over time”.

Guillermo Gredilla, CEO FIT Learning

The impact is clear: thousands of better-prepared professionals and a strong, active learning community.

Training that requires commitment

At KIROL ESKOLA, we don’t only value finishing a course. We value genuine involvement.

In each of the 10 annual training courses, the top 3 learners will be recognized.

The prize consists of three official Basque National Team football jerseys per course, awarded to those who have demonstrated the highest level of commitment and excellence.

The assessment will consider:

Dedication and consistency throughout the course.

Time spent accessing and following the content.

Results achieved in assessments.

Active participation in tasks and activities.

Commitment shown throughout the learning process.

Once the official course end date has passed, FIT Learning’s Academic Directorate will review academic and participation data and officially announce the 3 top learners of the course.

Because the greater the dedication, the greater the recognition.

We also reward the most engaged learners of the year

In addition to recognition per course, we want to highlight those who show consistent commitment throughout the academic year.

Active participation, interaction in activities, and consistency in learning follow-up will be key elements to assess overall engagement.

At the end of the year, we will award 10 additional jerseys among learners who have completed all 10 annual KIROL ESKOLA courses.

If the number of people who achieve this challenge exceeds 10, a draw will be held among those who completed all the training courses.

A recognition of consistency, sustained effort, and a passion for continuous learning.

A jersey with a story to recognize real commitment

The jersey awarded to recognized learners is not just any jersey.

It is the special edition designed for the Euskadi–Palestine charity match played at San Mamés on November 15, 2025 — an initiative that symbolized how sport can become a tool for solidarity, unity, and social commitment.

Driven by a strong solidarity purpose, the match represented far more than a game. It was a demonstration of values, coexistence, and support for humanitarian causes.

You can learn more about the project here: FIT Learning supports the Euskadi–Palestine charity match.

That’s why this jersey doesn’t only recognize academic effort. It also recognizes the connection between learning, sport, and social commitment.

A school shaping the future of sport

KIROL ESKOLA proves that online training can be rigorous, engaging, and transformative.

More than 30,000 learners in five years is not just a number. It is thousands of stories of professional improvement.

Because sport evolves. And those who lead it must evolve too.
