Sportech 2026/2027 is an advanced training program promoted by Kirol Eskola, in collaboration with Basque Team, FIT Learning Systems and other participating organizations. It offers 40 fully funded places to develop technological and human skills applied to sport.

Digital transformation is also changing the sports sector. Artificial intelligence, data analysis and innovation are therefore playing an increasingly important role. At the same time, leadership, communication and emotional management remain essential skills for working with people and teams.

Against this backdrop, Sportech and Advanced Soft Skills for Sports Performance has been launched. The initiative will run during the 2026/2027 academic year and is aimed at leaders, technical staff and students involved in the sports sector.

FIT Learning Systems has designed the program’s learning pathways. Our role focuses on structuring the learning journey and connecting technological and professional skills with the needs of the sports sector.

Sportech 2026/2027: athlete training with technology and artificial intelligence to analyze sports performance

High-quality training applied to the world of sport

Sportech offers a learning pathway that connects two increasingly related areas: technology and human performance.

Throughout the program, participants will develop skills related to artificial intelligence, technology and innovation. They will also work on essential skills for leadership and the emotional management of people and teams.

The learning pathways designed by FIT Learning Systems organize these areas of knowledge into a journey specifically tailored to the sports sector.

In this way, the program aims to bring relevant knowledge and skills closer to current and future sports professionals. It also seeks to facilitate their application in a constantly evolving sector.

Sportech 2026/2027: online training from October to July

The program has a stated value of €1,950. However, Kirol Eskola will fully fund all 40 places in this intake. Therefore, selected participants will be able to complete the entire learning pathway free of charge.

In addition, attendance at the in-person program presentation will be mandatory. Admission will be subject to meeting the criteria established for the call for applications.

The role of FIT Learning Systems in Sportech

FIT Learning Systems is participating in Sportech through the design of its learning pathways. To achieve this, we have structured the learning journey around the needs of the profiles targeted by the program.

This work connects our experience in technology applied to digital learning with the needs of a sector as demanding and performance-oriented as sport.

Sportech brings technological and human skills together in a single program. As a result, the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence is combined with the development of leadership, communication, collaboration and emotional management.

Technology and people come together on the same playing field.

A project driven by collaboration
